This is a challenging dive at the beginning, but with some fitness, well worth it. A long surface swim through a couple of surf breaks, and when the reef is uncovered (it can change depending on shifting sands) it is a lovely site to meander around in the shallow water and explore. Loads of seaweed moving around the rocks, with pufferfish, stingrays and shoals of schooling pilchards. Some heavy effort for a big reward!.
